Terms & Conditions:
1. Redemption or purchase of the items above is subject to stock availability. The company reserves the right to replace or remove any of the above items without prior notice. Each customer is allowed to redeem/purchase one item only for each online purchase meeting the respective criteria. If the gift of customer's choice is unavailable, we will allow the customer to make another selection but NOT to refund the original purchase.

2. After an online purchase is made, customers who qualify for the above can send an email to edmund@mytakada.com indicating which item he/she would like to redeem/purchase. This item will be delivered together with the item purchased online. Purchases made for gift category items must be paid for in cash during delivery.

3. If a customer makes an online purchase but does not inform us of his/her interest to redeem/purchase a gift item via email or telephone, the right to redeem/purchase a gift item will be forfeited once the purchased item has been delivered.

4. The worth of the above products are just an indicative value of the price that retailers in the market normally sell these products. We do not guarantee that customers will not find these products selling at a lower price during promotions in hypermarkets or retail stores in Singapore or Malaysia.

5. The above items are also covered by our 1 year warranty policy.
