TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Our online buying service is specially catered for customers who would like the convenience of having our products delivered personally to their homes, coupled with installation and a demo on how to use all features and functions of the product.

2. This service is available only for selected Deluxe and Gold class items. Prices shown are inclusive of the following:

- 7% Goods and Services Tax (GST)
- Delivery to any location within Singapore or Kuala Lumpur only
- Setup/installation if required and short tutorial/demo on the usage and features of the product
- 1 year product warranty at our service centers in Singapore or Kuala Lumpur

Customers outside Singapore or KL may order, but will be required to make separate payment for shipping charges

3. Delivery will be made within five working days except special request cases. Please state clearly your address, contact number (preferably mobile phone) and timing request, if applicable.

4. For technical specifications or more information on the item of your interest, please view under our products section.

5. If you have any further enquiries, please feel free to use our online enquiry form or contact us via email or phone.

6. Payments must be made online via credit card. Customers who do not wish to pay in full may make a non-refundable deposit of S$30.00 and balance payment in cash upon receipt of product. The deposit will be forfeited if:

- Customer subsequently decides not to purchase the product
- Recipient of product is unable or declines to pay for balance in cash
- Customer is not contactable during agreed delivery time

Customers who have paid this deposit MUST send an email to edmund@mytakada.com immediately stating which item he has made the deposit for.

7. If full payment has been made, a S$30.00 surcharge will be imposed for subsequent delivery trip required except:

- If the product delivered was not in good working condition
- If there was miscommunication in delivery time due to the fault of the company or its representatives

8. Any customer who makes a purchase is eligible to redeem or purchase an item in our gift category at a special price, depending on the value of the purchased item(s) as well as which gift category item is selected. The terms and conditions as well as the eligibility criteria for gift items can be found under the "Gift Items" section of this website.

9. Other items under our Products section are usually available at retail stores. They are not featured here as they are usually easy to carry small items of relatively low cost commonly available at our retail channels. However, if customers are still interested in having us personally deliver these items to you, a surcharge of S$30.00 will apply in addition to the item cost.
