TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. Our online buying service is specially catered for customers who would like the convenience of having our products delivered personally to their homes, coupled with installation (where applicable) and a demo on how to use all features and functions of the product. 2. This service is available only for selected Deluxe and Gold class items. Prices shown are inclusive of the following:
- 7% Goods and Services Tax (GST) Customers outside Singapore or KL may order, but will be required to make separate payment for shipping charges 3. Delivery will be made within five working days except special request cases. Please email us your mobile number at edmund@mytakada.com after you have purchase an item so that we could call you back to arrange the delivery date and time, or you could call us at (65) 65156428 during office hours to make the arrangements instead. 4. For technical specifications or more information on the item of your interest, please view under our products section. If you are buying a product with multiple models or options for selection, note that the picture on the left or some of the features described may be referring to another option other than the one you purchased. If you would like a certain design or need a certain feature however you are unclear on whether the option you are purchasing has it, please contact us for clarification first. 5. If you have any further enquiries, please feel free to use our online enquiry form or contact us via email or phone. 6. For all online purchases, payment must be made via credit card. 7. If delivery on the appointed date & time was unsuccessful, a S$30.00 surcharge will be imposed for subsequent delivery trip required except:
- If the product delivered was not in good working condition
(non-electrical faults such as dents, scratches or breakages should be
checked and notified upon delivery) 8. Any customer who makes a purchase is eligible to redeem or purchase an item in our gift category at a special price, depending on the value of the purchased item(s) as well as which gift category item is selected. The terms and conditions as well as the eligibility criteria for gift items can be found under the "Gift Items" section of this website. 9. We do not guarantee that the prices which are stated on our online shop are the cheapest, because personalized delivery and service to individual customers are required. Customers are welcome to look around the hypermarkets and stores for our Takada brand products and compare the price, and you are most welcome to buy from our retailers if they have promotions and the price is cheaper than our offer online. Our online offer is designed for customers who wants convenience because most of these products are quite bulky and heavy, which can be troublesome to carry home from a retailer, and some of them even require installation. When an online purchase has been made, we will not entertain requests for a refund or return of item on the grounds that the same item can be purchased at a different location for a lower price.
